Abdomen and Pelvis
- Do not eat solid foods 4 hours prior to test.
- Retrieve "Cheetah – Oral Contrast" at our office the day of the exam
- Instructions for taking Oral Contrast:
- Drink 1 bottle Oral contrast slowly and completely 2 hours before the appointment.
- Drink the 3/4 of Oral Contrast slowly and completely 1 hour before the appointment.
- Drink remaining 1/4 when instructed by staff.
Pelvis Only
- No solid food 4 hours before exam.
- Instructions for taking Oral Contrast:
- Drink 3/4 bottle Oral contrast slowly and completely 2 hours before the appointment.
- Drink remaining 1/4 when instructed by staff.
Abdomen Only
- No solid food 4 hours before exam.
- Instructions for taking Oral Contrast:
- Drink 3/4 bottle Oral contrast slowly and completely 1 hour before the appointment.
- Drink remaining 1/4 when instructed by staff.
- IF PATIENT IS DIABETIC
Please contact our office to let us know what type of medications you are taking. Some diabetic medications can not be taken 24hrs before scan and 48 hours after.
- IF PATIENT IS ON DIALYSIS
Please make sure appointment is scheduled within 24 hours of dialysis treatment

- Head Without Contrast

- Spines: Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar
- Kidney Stones
- Bone Densitometry
- Whole Body
