    Our office will schedule and proceed with all your diagnostic needs as we are known to provide excellent service in the Industrial occupational Industry.
    We do not accept workers liens at this time.

    For expedited scheduling please have the pertaining information available:
    1. Worker’s Comp Insurance carrier name and telephone number
    2. Adjuster’s name and number
    3. Claim number (accepted claims only)
    4. Date of Injury
    5. Name of employer
    6. Lastly we would need to verify all information and confirm that services to be scheduled were authorized by the adjuster on file and/or a utilization review department

MIMC medical insurance billing

  • Medical Insurance claim submissions
    MIMC request that you bring proof of insurance coverage and a picture ID. We will verify benefits and eligibility and will bill your insurance carrier shortly after healthcare services have been provided. All billing statements will be billed out after payment from your insurance company should there be a balance due.

  • Pre-certification may be required
    It is essential for you to know if your insurance requires pre-certification in order for payment to be made for services. Some insurance carriers require pre-certification. At time this may delay your appointment with our facility until authorization is obtained. Our staff will efficiently take all necessary steps possible to expedite attaining certification.

  • Cash Discounts or Self Pay Discounts
    For all services provided, many of our patients may be provided with cash discounts. Please contact us to make arrangements for your testing.
